Portal Offerings

• Bandwidth Reports: RECOL Bandwidth Reports is a web-based bandwidth monitoring tool to help you or your IT administrator understand bandwidth usage in your network. These reports let you see what applications are using bandwidth, who is using them, and for how long. They can help identify the exact reasons for network congestion and drill down to see what caused it. This information helps to solve most of the common day-to-day problems of bandwidth management and to do better capacity planning.
  
  
• Change Email Password: Request a RECOL email password change.
  
  
• Custom: Generic custom link tool. See individual name for details
  
  
• DNS Lookup: Lookup various types of information based on your domain(s) hosted by RECOL; Domain Name (whois) Zone File (cat zonefile) and Dig Root Server.
  
  
• DNS Request: Request DNS changes and additions.
  
  
• Email Alias Request: Request An Email Alias Setup
  
  
• MRTG: The Multi Router Traffic Grapher (MRTG) is a tool to monitor the traffic load on network-links. MRTG generates HTML pages containing GIF images which provide a LIVE visual representation of this traffic. Not available for all customer accounts. Please contact sales@recol.com
